| 1. What do you mean by Quotations sent? | For all the items in Wanted and Search section the user can send quotation. The functioning of quotation send and recieve is on the similar lines of Email system. |
| 2. What do you mean by Quotations received? | Quotations are received for all the items posted by you in the 'Wanted' section. |
| 3. What do you mean by Inquiry sent? | The user can send inquiries for all the items found on the 'Search' page. Also inquiry can be sent for all the items on 'Offers' page. |
| 4. What do you mean by Inquiry received? | Inquiries are received from the Search page and also from the various Offers displayed on the offers page. |
| 5. What should i do if i dont want to recieve the quotations and inquiries by email ? | You can unsubscribe for this particular option by from the 'Account settings' tab from the 'My Accounts' page. |
| 6. Can i recieve the quotations and inquiries by e-mail? | The option of activating e-mail for is available in the Account settings section of the My Accounts page. |
| 7. Which email address will i get the inquiry and quotes? | You will recieve all the mails on the ID mentioned at the contact details page. |
